Bigfoot is an artist out of the UK going a lot of big things over there. He is a very dedicated artist and it shows in his music. Bigfoot – The Final Straw [Feat.bl3]
Bigfoot is an eighteen year old hip-hop artist based in Bury, just outside of Manchester, UK. He has been making music for around four years now and over the last two years has started to pursue a career in the industry. Over these two years he has released several free downloadable CD’s ranging from EP’s, to promo’s to full length mixtapes. The main one of these CD’s being the mixtape ‘Mine For The Taking’ which was released in July 2010. The mixtape featured thirty eight tracks and was made up of exclusive tracks, remixes and freestyles. ‘Mine For The Taking’ can be downloaded for free from this link:

As well as various mixtape releases, Bigfoot has also worked with some highly respected names in both UK and US hip-hop. The track with Ca$his (entitled ‘What They Said’) has recently been featured on the internationally released mixtape ‘Coast 2 Coast Vol. 150’, hosted by Lupe Fiasco. As well as this, Bigfoot’s music has also been included on several other mixtape releases such as ‘International Hustle UK Vol. 4’, hosted by Sway, ‘Beat The Block Volume Six’, hosted by Ca$his and ‘Global Status Volume 7’ hosted by Red Cafe. Hey everyone, and welcome to the first edition of Tech Thursdays on ItsHeyNow.com
Today we’re talking about the iPad 2, which was introduced at a media event yesterday by Steve Jobs and company.
First, let’s take a little look back at history at what the iPad is and why the second generation just improves on a great product. Apple’s iPad is a revolutionary product that started the trend of tablets being fully accepted. Yes, there were tablets before the iPad and others came after it. Apple didn’t re-invent the wheel by introducing a tablet, but it definitely took the tech industry by storm.
Now lets fast-forward to today and look at what the iPad is now. It improves on an absolutely amazing product. Now there are people who say that Apple didn’t do enough or there is stll no true multi-tasking on Apple’s devices, but hey, let’s give them time! This is only the second generation of the iPad.
A little run-down:
- Apple A5 processor, dual core CPU
- 2x CPU speed, 9x graphics speed improvement
- Front and rear cameras ß FACETIME
- Gryoscope
- 33% thinner, 13.4mm to 8.8mm thin — thinner than an iPhone 4, and lighter than the previous iPad
- AT&T and Verizon models, white and black iPads
- Same original iPad battery life, over 10 hours of usage and a month of standby time
- HD output
The cover is also very imaginative, something that you would expect from Apple. It’s magnetic, when you flip the cover it takes the iPad out of sleep and when you close it, your device goes to sleep.

Apple also introduced iOS 4.3 which is essentially the same as 4.2 with a few improvements with streaming. On the iPad, you will be able to choose if the side button controls the mute or orientation. It will be available for the iPad, 3rd and 4th generation iPod touches, and the ATT iPhone (hmm why not Verizon’s?)
